Like an impending disaster, the housing market in two of Canada’s largest cities is hard to take your eyes off of. While we may be watching from a safe distance, one way or another, it’s going to have an impact across the country.

An event put together by the Neepawa Natives aimed to thank the region’s agricultural community for their ongoing support. But after it was all said and done, the first annual Neepawa Ag Expo ended up seeing the farming sector giving back to the team, and in a big way.

It’s the end of another long winter and at Neepawa Library, we’re glad to see people popping in to look at gardening books and home improvement magazines. We haven’t seen many April showers, but surely the May flowers will be showing themselves soon!
Tax deductible receipts for donations to hospital and fire hall

With two large capital projects in the works, Neepawa area residents now have a way to help support both the construction of the new fire hall and the new regional hospital. Town of Neepawa CAO Colleen Synchyshyn explained that as a result of receiving a few requests from individuals of the public, the Town has designated two specific accounts for the purposes of receiving donations from the public towards those projects.
