Rivers 4-H Beef Club held its second meeting of the year on Sunday, Nov. 1 at Brian English’s home. Weigh day is Dec. 6 at his farm at 10 a.m. Rivers Santa Claus parade is Saturday, Dec. 5; our club is entering a float.

We applied for a farm grant and are awaiting the response. 

Details on a 4-H Member exchange trip during July to the east coast were discussed throughly.

We received our 4-H books that must be completed before achievement.

Our next meeting is Dec. 6 during weighing of the market steers.
