Kulynych named MJHL player of the week

Damien Kulynych of the OCN Blizzard has been named the Manitoba Junior Hockey League player of the week.

The 20-year-old forward had eight assists in three games for the Blizzard, who sit third in the Sher-Wood Division with eight wins and 17 points.

The runners up were 20-year-old forward Artsiom Kalashnikov of the Virden Oil Capitals and 20-year-old forward Mitch Van Teeling of the Dauphin Kings.
