The  Canada West roster was announced on Thursday for the upcoming World Junior A Hockey Challenge.

No Westman players were named to the roster, however two Manitobans made the cut.  Forward Kurt Keats and defenceman Paul Stoykewych made the squad -- both of whom are playing in the BCHL.

The Elkhorn trio of Brett Orr along with twin brothers Brad and Shawn Bowles were invited to the training camp, but didn't make the squad. All three players are currently in the midst of their rookie seasons with the Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Portage Terriers.

The 2013 World Junior A Challenge takes place Nov. 4-10 in Yarmouth, N.S.
