Tigers force a third and deciding game in WHSHL semifinal

The Neepawa Tigers remain alive in the Westman High School Hockey League playoffs. 

The Tigers defeated the Deloraine/Hartney Colts 5-1 on Tuesday night in Game 2 of their best-of-three semifinal series in Neepawa. With the win, the Tigers have forced a third and deciding game on Thursday night in Deloraine. 

Tigers captain Garett Rempel scored twice for the Tigers in the win, while Wyatt Salmon, Preston James and Brett McKinnon scored the other tallies for Neepawa. 

Quin Hobbs scored the lone goal for the Colts. 

The winner of the series will take on the Major Pratt Trojans in the championship final.
