Another Rolling River Festival of the Arts has come and gone for another year, and it was truly a success. The calibre of talent just keeps improving every year, and without these talented souls, there would be no festival. So thank you to each and every person or group who put themselves out there to compete in our festival. Neepawa Council approves CN property rezoning

Another hurdle has been cleared in the effort to redevelop the former C.N. Rail property in Neepawa. On Tuesday, Apr. 7, council approved second and third reading of a by-law to amend the zoning of the 42 acres near the intersection of Highways five and sixteen. The land has now been rezoned to allow for the construction of residential single family dwellings and commercial properties.
