Debris clean up the day after

Crews got to work early this morning clearing debris from the damaged area where the Home Hardware building once stood.
Media Relations with the RCMP have released a statement on the incident. It states that at approximately 6:15 pm on Wednesday, February 26, Neepawa RCMP were alerted to a fire at the Home Hardware store on Mountain Avenue.
Police assisted the local fire department by securing the scene and providing traffic control. Everyone was evacuated and no injuries were sustained.
The RCMP and the Officer of the Fire Commissioner are contining the investigation.
There were four apartments above the store and Neepawa Salvation Army has offered assistance to anyone affected by the fire. They are helping with food, clothing and other household necessities.
