Join your neighbours at the Neepawa Library for book-friendly programming this fall! Neepawa Rotary and community volunteers read in the library on Friday mornings at 11:00 am for Storytime, when children aged two to five years of age, and their caregivers, have fun with rhyming, stories and crafts.

Teen Book Club, for Grades 9 to 12, starts Oct. 6 at 4:00 pm, and a program with the Neepawa Natives is in the planning stages – watch for more details.

Pre-teens can still register for Babysitter or Home Alone courses; dates will be chosen when we reach our minimum participants.

Author! Author! We are also excited to announce that Winnipeg author Oriole A. Vane Veldhuis will be reading from her book For Elise: Unveiling the Forgotten Woman on the Criddle Homestead on October 29 at 5:30 pm. The Criddle/Vane Homestead is located south of Shilo which makes this a local story and many Neepawa area residents are familiar with the homestead story. Please come out and support a local author.

Neepawa Library hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Thursdays from 11:00 to 7:00 pm.
