Gladstone seniors get treated

Photos by Penny Rogers. Warm weather and a great cause brought out many Gladstone residents on Sunday, May 1. The seniors centre held its annual Let No One Be Alone Barbecue.

 The event was run with the help of several volunteers, including Kara Ferguson, Clay Ferguson and Josie Nicholson (bottom left photo) tending the barbecue. Jo-Ann Beavington (bottom right photo) made sure everyone was treated to cake and ice cream. Neepawa’s Let No One Be Alone lunch, organized by Home Assistance Neepawa and District (HAND), will be held next week on Friday, May 13 at the Yellowhead Manor dining area. The meal begins at 11:30 am.
