This year, the Budz 'n Bloom Daycare is once again conducting a survey about childcare needs in the Neepawa area. They are looking to find the extent of the need for daycare spots in the community.

The Neepawa Press began in 1896. It’s been a tradition, a mainstay for Neepawa and area for 119 years. On Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, my wife Christine and I purchased the venerable Neepawa Press. We are pleased to be able to return the paper to being locally owned and operated.

On Tuesday, Aug. 25, the sun shone on the grand opening of Erickson’s community garden. The raised bed garden plots are located adjacent to the Riding Mountain Biosphere Reserve (RMBR) office on 2nd Ave NE.
