The nominees for the Manitoba Junior Hockey League’s six major awards have been announced. Not surprisingly, four members of the Portage Terriers, the number one ranked team in the CJHL have been nominated for awards.

Considering how closely contested the last two games between the Neepawa Natives and the Steinbach Pistons were, it would be fair to expect their third matchup of the year would be a tightly waged battle for two points in the standings….

Two teams from Neepawa were among the top 32 curling clubs in Manitoba, as Kelly Robertson and Jerry Chudley competed in the 2015 Safeway Championship, held in Brandon from Feb. 4-8.
