New ownership for Bay Hill Inns and Suites in Neepawa; Beyond the Garden Gate on the move

Big changes are coming this month to Bay Hill Inns and Suites in Neepawa. 

On Oct. 7, Kirit Modi will be taking over as the hotel’s new owner.  Modi also owns and manages Neepawa’s Westway Inn.

Modi said that for the time being, he will keep the Bay Hill name and has no immediate plans for changes to the hotel. He said in the early days, he will look at how the hotel works and what areas need changes.

He does however hope to work towards reopening the hotel’s swimming pool.

Beyond the Garden Gate on the move

Neepawa florist and giftware retailer Beyond the Garden Gate will be moving later this month to 374 Mountain Ave. 

This location is between the Green Pepper Pizzeria and Brews Brothers Café.
