The Neepawa Press

Whether you like to read about heady romances in eighteenth century Scotland, space travel to distant galaxies, or about real-life adventures in Canada’s frozen North, Neepawa Library can open your imagination and transport you to different places, times and circumstances that you can only otherwise dream about.

We provide access to books, ebooks, audio books, movies and music with no more than your library card. It’s that easy! Links are available at the Western Manitoba Regional Library website: www.wmrl.ca.

In addition to Storytime for children aged 2-5 and their parents and caregivers on Fridays at 11:00 am, we’ll be hosting an adult book club starting Thursday, Sept. 24 at noon and a teen book club starting later this Fall. Neepawa Grades 3 to 5 students should stay tuned to school newsletters for details on an after-school program in partnership with the Neepawa Natives, and we’ll also offer a babysitter’s course for ages 12 and older, and an At Home Alone course for ages 10 and older if there is enough interest. Please call the library to register for courses.
