McKinnon scores hat-trick as Tigers rout Chancellors

Brett McKinnon netted a hat-trick, helping the Neepawa Tigers rout the Minnedosa Chancellors 11-3 on Wednesday night at the Yellowhead Centre in Westman High School Hockey League action.

Will Birnie and Rylin Mitchler each scored two goals each as well for Neepawa, who improved to 2-0 this season.

Wyatt Salmon, Cody Pasowisty, Bryson Kaye and Brendan Harris also scored for the Tigers, who travel to Russell on Sunday to take on Major Pratt.

Game time is 6:00 p.m.
