The Neepawa Natives have shipped 20-year-old goaltender Davy Fisher to the English River Miners of the SIJHL for the playing rights to 20-year-old Vincent Currao.

Fisher looked to be the club's No. 1 netminder heading into this past season, but he suffered two concussions, limiting him to only 11 games of action between the pipes with the Manitoba Junior Hockey League club.

Currao finished second in team scoring with the Miners with 22 goals, 34 assists for 56 points during the regular season.

The 6-foot-3, 200 pound forward from Jackson, N.J., also chipped in with one goal and seven assists for eight points in 10 playoff games.

Meanwhile, there were two other MJHL deals that took place recently.

The Dauphin Kings have acquired 20-year-old defenceman Connor Dea from the Yarmouth Mariners of the MHL for future considerations, while the Winkler Flyers have traded 18-year-old goaltender Tyler Guttenberg to the Steinbach Pistons for the MJHL list rights of 16-year-old forward Matt Bullard and future considerations.
