HOPE drive to help local students

School may not start for another month, but NACI’s social justice group, HOPE, is already hard at work. Starting this week, boxes bearing a poster with the HOPE logo as well as a list of school supplies can be found around Neepawa at a few of the businesses.

It was a very busy July for the Neepawa Blue Dolphins, as the swim club competed in a pair of competitions. The first event on the calendar was in Beausejour on July 17. The results were as follows:

A thumbs up to the Town of Neepawa employees. They were at our place the next morning at 8 o'clock to remove the tree that had fallen onto Hamilton street in front of our home [following last Wednesday night’s storm].
