Snoman (Snowmobilers of Manitoba) Inc. has released its free RiderX app which includes Snoman-designated trails. The app is available on Apple’s iOS and Android devices. The program is also available on the web at RiderX.com. You do not need the app to take advantage of the RiderX website, but it is essential while you are out tracking rides.

The best and brightest stars in Westman High School Hockey League (WHSHL) will shine this Sunday, Feb.7 as the league hosts its annual all-star game in Rivers. The make-up of each all-star team is based on WHSHL team representation – the more successful teams in the league standing have greater representation – as well as players who have been voted to attend by coaches throughout the league.

The Neepawa Area Collegiate (NACI) HOPE social justice group is getting ready to start their next project. From Feb. 8 to Feb. 26, the classes at NACI will be competing in a contest that will help the homeless across the province.

Rivers Police Service would like to alert Riverdale citizens of the newest scam being circulated. A local resident attended our office with a copy of what he believed to be a general email from Royal Bank of Canada.
