Anticipation has been building in the town of Carberry, as it prepares to host a Manitoba Junior Hockey League game between the Neepawa Natives and OCN Blizzard. The two clubs will play on Friday, Oct. 9, at the Carberry Plains Community Centre.

Join your neighbours at the Neepawa Library for book-friendly programming this fall! Neepawa Rotary and community volunteers read in the library on Friday mornings at 11:00 am for Storytime, when children aged two to five years of age, and their caregivers, have fun with rhyming, stories and crafts.

On Thursday, Oct. 15, students at Neepawa Area Collegiate will be taking part in Student Vote. Student Vote is a program across Canada that makes materials available for schools to create an accurate portrayal of what an election is like.
