The 22-kilometre stretch of Hwy. 250 south of the former airbase provides a variety of scenery for tourists. It begins with large potato crops and overhead irrigation pivots.

TV bingo coming back to Neepawa

NACTV board member and Bingo chair Hector Swanson and NACTV general manager Ivan Traill said that tickets will be available for sale on Oct. 1 and the first bingo will take place on Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. Bingo cards will be available at 21 locations around west and central Manitoba.  The games will be broadcast live on NACTV and CJ radio.

Roads dug up in Neepawa

Some massive infrastructure work is underway at the corner of Brown Avenue and Ellen Street in Neepawa. Road crews appear to be replacing water and sewer lines in the area. No word at time as to how long the work will disrupt traffic in the area.
