I don't think Premier Pallister was telling the whole story when he was interviewed on CBC Radio recently. He explained, Manitoba doesn't need a carbon tax because "We're already green!"

We would give a thumbs up to all those who donated to our sidewalk fund and to Paul and Vera of Roger’s Masonry for the wonderful work they did in redoing our sidewalk. Knox Church is a community church and we would thank all who supported this project.
